SAGE HOA Property Management Partnership with Torrey Pines
On May 1, 2024, Torrey Pines Board of Directors partnered with Sage HOA Property Management Company to handle the complete property management of our entire community. The Board of Directors will stay on in a consultative role with final oversight of decisions made. A Welcome Letter will be going out to all property owners with this new partnership. Sage HOA will handle all financial billing, budgeting, monthly inspections for potential covenant violations, project improvement requests for homeowners' properties, violation reports from other homeowner complaints, as well as helping us secure contractors and vendors and TPHOA to be able to get the best pricing for TPHOA with all the other properties that they manage. They will also handle all the billing of our annual HOA fees and will have an online portal for you to secure pay those fees.
